Available one room at a time or an entire home, bowerbirds inc will present you with a custom-tailored design to capture your personal aesthetic and functional needs. Our design services include; space planning, architectural enhancements, proposed budget, selections of finishes, fabrics, furnishings, and accessories. bowerbirds inc. will oversee all installations and fine details to ensure a cohesive and seamless design.
New Construction and Renovations
Together, with builders and architects, Gretchen & Alesandra work with you from the initial design planning, to completion of your design-build. Bowerbirds inc. will provide CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawings for floorplans, lighting plans, custom cabinetry, kitchens and baths. Specifying all materials and fixtures such as flooring, tile, hardware, plumbing, millwork etc., the bowerbirds ensure all details are considered and incorporated into your overall design plan. bowerbirds inc. will assist in project managing and oversee budgets, schedules and installations. All selections from floor to ceiling, inside and out, are thoughtfully specified and styled for you.
Consulting
A great option for clients with a good eye for design, but need a little assistance. Gretchen and Alesandra offer you their professional advice either in person or virtually. bowerbirds can answer any of your questions, review paint colors, furnishings, and fixture selections to ensure a fluid and practical design. Each consultation is a minimum of two hours, limited to three sessions and based on availability.
Real Estate Services
With an in-depth understanding of what buyers are looking for in homes today, bowerbirds inc. can assist you with both purchasing and selling your home. Space planning and renovations can be consulted on prior to purchasing a home to help you determine if it is the right investment for you. Gretchen & Alesandra work closely with Real Estate agents to assist in refreshing a home for sale in order to appeal to more buyers.
